A selection of handguns, rifles, and shotguns will be available. All firearm transfers must be completed through a local North Plains FFL dealer at the buyer’s expense (approximately $75). Firearms will be delivered to the FFL for transfer.
Ammunition will also be available.
Please Note: All firearms, ammunition, and jewelry will be removed from the premises nightly.
Parking & Access
Please park on the street and walk back to the blue shop. Nothing inside the house is for sale; only items located in the shop and on the back porch are available.

Seattle area first weekend in July, pontoon boat, kayaks, tools, home decor and so much more! Just come for the view of the lake they lived on. I am excited to spend the week up here working and enjoying the lake.
